Brent was the main face of the company who I worked with, he is communicative, upfront, honest and takes great pride in the output of work. Brent oversaw the process from beginning to end and really took his time to explain the method, progression, expected outcome, etc. I really appreciated this approach as well as the fact they simply will not cut corners and do anything that will eventually (even potentially) harm the integrity of your roof.
I also appreciated the upfront honesty which can't be said for just any contractor.
Roofer Rob doesn't pop up with 'surprise cost', they don't gouge you, they don't talk down to you, they do divulge cost and any potential scenario for change, they do have fair pricing and from what I saw, they beat any competition in that department, also beating the 'competition' with their honestly and stellar workmanship.
